World-wide Service Network

1. SOLAS条約について

2006年7月1日から、救命設備の保守、試験及び点検はIMOにより作成されたガイドライン（MSC.1/Circ.1206、旧1093)を基に実施される事が義務づけられました。
これによると、救命設備の年次及び5年毎の定期点検及び整備は、製造者の代表者又は製造者により適切に教育訓練され、認定された技術者により行われなければなりません。
修理、詳細整備及び年次整備が完了した時には、救命設備がその目的に適合した状態にある事を確認した旨の声明書が製造者の代表者又は製造者によりその業務のために認定された要員によって発行されます。

3. 主な点検内容と点検における注意事項

■ 作業前の準備

（1）事前操作確認 我々の点検・整備の前に、救命装置の目視/操作確認を行い正常な状態にある事をご確認下さい。 もし、問題がある場合は技術者が訪船する前にご連絡下さい。
（2）事前準備手配 a. 艇の振出し試験及び降下試験について、港湾局及びバース管理者の許可を取得して下さい。
（3）事前準備工具等 a. 押し釦箱
b. メンテナンスペンダント
c. 始動器盤
d. チェーンブロック、ギヤプーラー
e. グリース、潤滑油（必要時）
f. 艇を固縛しているオーバーラッシングワイヤーロープは外しておいて下さい。

■ 作業中

（1）責任者立会い 船長又は責任者の立会いをお願いします。
（2）環境整備 ・救命装置の作動が行える様、本船の環境を整えて下さい。
・ダイナミックウィンチブレーキテストが行える様、本船の環境を整えて下さい。

※以上、作業時間の短縮と船上作業を円滑に行う為、技術者のサポートをお願い致します。

■ 点検内容

（1）記録表の確認 ・本船で行っている週例/月例の保守・点検表並びに修理の記録表を確認します。
（2）開放点検 ・ブレーキ部とギアボックス部を開放して点検します。
（3）作動試験 ・ダイナミックウィンチブレーキテスト
【年次点検】 空艇を降下させて、艇が最大降下速度に達した時点で（着水前）急激にブレーキを掛け、異常の無いことを確認する。
【5年毎点検】 救命艇満載荷重の1.1倍の荷重を掛けた艇を降下させて 実施する。艇が最大降下速度に達した時点で（着水前） 急激にブレーキを掛け、異常の無いことを確認する。

※救命艇側の点検項目として、離脱装置のオフロード作動試験（年次点検）とオンロードの作動試験/開放検査（5年毎点検）等があります。
※救命装置の格納操作及び点検後の補修塗装等の作業は含みません。

■ 注意確認事項

（1）装備金具の確認 ダビット側のメンテナンスアイが無いか、救命艇側の補助フック/メンテナンス用吊金具が無い場合、もしくは両方共 無い場合は、救命艇を着水させ、救命艇の離脱装置の 点検を行うことになります。
（2）点検整備について ・整備事業者による定期的点検/整備は、その点検を行った時点に於いて装置が適切な状態にあった事を確認 するもので、点検/整備を行った後、装置が適切な状態に あることを保証するものではありません。
