Relationship
We operate in accordance with our philosophy of "Seeking Ningenhiroba Endlessly" and are comprised of three companies and a foundation: Sekigahara Seisakusho, Sekigahara General Service, Nantong Sekigahara Machinery Manufacturing, and Sekigahara Ningenmura Foundation, General Foundation. Each of which organically works together to create values.

Commendation
Good Company Grand Prix Winner
We received the highest award at the 57th (2023) Good Company Grand Prix, sponsored by the Center for Small and Medium Enterprises. This award recognizes companies that have achieved outstanding economic and social results from among small and medium-sized enterprises nationwide for Japan's oldest and most successful SMEs. The reason for the award was that we were recognized for our efforts to create “Hiroba (space)” in which everyone plays a leading role based on our philosophy, and for our business activities that continue to create values.

In 2019, we received an award in the "Developing Leaders" category in recognition of our proactive efforts to develop human resources through three activities, "Learning Center", "Technical Sessions", and "Cultural Events."

Policy Statements of Occupational Health and Safety
Employees’ health and safety shall be the foundation of the company's sustaining, ensuring health and safety is a social responsibility for our company. Since we think “A company represents its people’, we are aiming to realize workplace environment that considers health and safety as we promote the creation of "Ningen Hiroba that everyone is the principal".
- In consideration of our business activities, products or services, we shall establish a health and safety management system conforming to OHSAS 18001: 2007 and make continuous improvement and progress for prevention of disasters and diseases, and improvement of health and safety performance.
- We comply with various occupational health and safety related laws and regulations and observe our own health and safety decisions.
- Collaborating between labor and management, we shall promote health and safety activities involving all employees, and endeavor vivacious health and safety activities through communication with local communities.
- We shall set our aims and targets, work on activities to achieve them, assess them through periodic reviews and make continuous improvements.
1) We shall work on risk management to prevent occupational accidents.
2) We shall work on creating a workplace where employees can work safely and securely.
3) We shall provide products and services that can be used with no risk. - Employees themselves will be aware of the obligation and activities for health and safety, we will endeavor to participate, maintain and improve the activities.
- We shall promote education, training and acquiring qualification necessary for health and safety activities aiming to raise awareness.
Environmental Policy Statement
Sekigahara Seisakusho Ltd. establishes our Environmental Policy that “We think ‘people comes first’, and we recognize that it is our responsibility to protect the irreplaceable natural beauty for ‘people’. We contribute to society with environmental conservation through our ‘Characteristic manufacturing techniques’”.
In order to continuously improve environmental performance, we shall establish the Environmental Management System conforming to JIS Q 14001: 2015 (ISO 14001: 2015), and the management instructs to all employees to implement it.
We shall strive to further study of the unique manufacturing technology for environmental preservation.
We shall always consider the environmental impact resulting of business activities, products or services, and we shall work to reduce environmental impact and prevent pollution.
We shall set up our own aims and targets and execute them, we shall continuously improve our environmental protection activities towards achieving that goal.
We shall comply with laws and other requirements agreed by our company and shall continuously respond to customer expectations and needs through our own environmental conservation activities.

Our company has taken the first step in evolving into a "100-year-old enterprise", we always consider from the customer's point of view and continuously propose values to customers. We believe that we are able to meet customers' expectations if we continue to follow our Tertiary Founding Philosophy "Pursuit of quality and reliability".
In order to achieve the quality policy mentioned above, we conduct the following.
We shall establish the Quality Management System conforming to JIS Q 9001:2015 (ISO 9001:2015), and the management instructs to all employees to implement it.
The management formulates the president's policy at the beginning of every financial year, sets quality targets and disseminates them within the organization.
In addition, we hold opportunities of communication both inside and outside of the organization, sharing and reviewing company’s policy and targets in "Full Participation", and we “continue to improve” the Quality Management System.
To ensure that all employees understand this quality policy, we shall declare the following as a slogan, post it in our company, and thoroughly disseminate the concept of "Customers comes first" to all employees.
